Payment
For booking, an advance of 50% of the total room rent needs to be paid online. Currently we don't take cards as a mode of payment.We are receiving Cash, Bank transfer or UPI only.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds in case of any cancellations/medical emergencies.
A rescheduling of your booking is possible (within the next 2 months) only if the management is informed a minimum of 10 days prior to the date of booking.
Rules & Regulations
✔ For Day Outers - Check in is at 10:00 am & check out is at 05:30 pm.
✔ For Night Stay – Check in is at 10:30 am & Check out is at 10:00 am.
✔ Extra occupancy charge (applicable above 11 years) @Rs.1,000/- for bungalow & premium rooms each and @Rs.1,200/- for Avisaar.
✔ Free accession to swimming pool & Wi-Fi (For Night Stay guests only. Swimming pool charges are applicable for Day Outers).
✔ The 2nd Floor terrace (attached to AVISAAR) is accessible to all except when booked privately along with Avisaar.
✔ Our regular accommodation for each room is 2 adults and 1 child (upto 11 years of age) and 1 extra person can be accommodated at an additional charge. For Avisaar, 2 extra persons can be accommodated at an additional charge.
✔ All guests must carry valid Photo IDs while check in.
✔ We are not couple friendly.
✔ Driver accommodation @Rs.1000/- per day (including breakfast).
✔ Food package per person per day @Rs.1,200/-
✔ In case of a power cut, A.C will not be functioning.
✔ We are not pet friendly.
✔ Main meals cannot be served inside the rooms. Room service is available for physically disabled guests only.
✔ Boat rides can be arranged for a minimum of 4 pax or more @220/- per person.
✔ Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of other rooms within the property or of neighbouring properties, especially during night hours.
